This recipe has a shadow of the calories of a frappuccino from a coffee shop and is easier on the budget. It also allows ample room for experimentation — modify the recipe to make your favorite flavor such as mint chocolate or salted caramel.


Blend together

1/2 cup espresso

1 cup milk — almond milk or skim milk work

Sugar to taste

Chocolate syrup

1/2-1 cup ice cubes
